Step 1: Mark Lesson as Complete
At the end of this lesson titled “Instruction,” locate and turn on the toggle button labeled “I have completed this lesson.”
Step 2: Complete the Quiz
Click on the quiz titled “The Mirror and the Map: Rethinking Patient Safety Through African Eyes – ISQua AfCoP Webinar.”
• The quiz contains 10 questions.
• A minimum score of 80% is required to pass.
• You have two attempts to achieve the required score.
• All questions are based directly on the content of the webinar.
• Be sure to click “Finish” at the end of the quiz to record your results.
Step 3: Confirm Course Completion
Ensure that your learning progress bar shows 100 percent. If it does not, refresh the page and verify that all lessons and the quiz are marked as complete.
Note:
Certificates will be released only after all requirements are fulfilled and a passing quiz score has been achieved.

Accessing Your Certificate
To view and download your certificate, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to your profile dashboard.
2. Locate the “Certificate” section and click on it.
3. From the drop-down options, select “Completion Certificate.”
4. Click on the three vertical dots to download or view your certificate.
